Ashley founded Wiltshire Paraplanning in October 2013. Previous to this she was working at the St. James's Place head office in Cirencester since 2006 - working in Partnership Accounts and Business Assurance.
Born in the USA, she is now running her business from there with support from her administration and paraplanning team. Ashley feels that the recent changes she has made to her business has given her a new lease of life in terms of the future and she is excited about generating new ideas on how the business can grow.
Ashley is focused on ensuring that she can work with her UK team effectively. She currently carries out regular Skype meetings with the team and is on hand to support every individual and her clients.
We are a small team who strive to provide a compliant and reliable service - we have extensive experience working alongside St. James's Place and pride ourselves in building longstanding relationships with our clients.
Our service standards are maintained by the number of clients we work with at any one time and we regularly monitor our compliance grades to ensure we are achieving adequate suitable first time results for replacement business.

Surena Kapoor

Surena Kapoor has extensive experience in Financial Services and has worked both for Insurance and wealth management offices over a number of years. Surena analyses financial data and collates information to bring together recommendations for clients. Outside of work, Surena is married with two children and has a passion for ballroom dancing.
Kim briggs

I’ve held various sales support and paraplanning roles with Scottish Mutual, Save & Prosper, Equitable Life (during the GARs crisis!) and Norwich Union, before joining SJP in 2007 as a senior paraplanner. I worked in a practice for 12 years covering all aspects of financial planning, other than mortgages. I left about 18 months ago to take up a paraplanning role with an IFA attached to a large accountancy firm. I hold the old style full FPC Certificate and also the Level 4 Diploma.
Charlotte King
- Office Manager -
Charlotte has worked as the office manager for Wiltshire paraplanning for 3 years.
She enjoys spending time with her family, walking the new puppy Frank, watching her son play football and watching the F1 and Moto GP.

Fay Clayton

Fay has worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years in various roles which include Project Coordinator, Management Information Analyst, Data Base Technician and Business Analyst. During this time, she's fully completed her Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice. However, she really found her place 3 years ago when she began Paraplanning for St. James’s Place Partners. Fay moved from an employed position to working on a self-employed basis with Ashley and the team in September 2018 and hasn't looked back. Fay really enjoys working independently while still being a part of such a close and hard-working team. "Working with Wiltshire Paraplanning has given me greater opportunity to build up stronger relationships with the partners we work alongside with the support and guidance of an experienced and supportive team."
Anne-Marie Westran

Anne-Marie has been working in the financial services industry for over 20 years. She started to work with SJP in May 2013. Initially working in the Business Assurance investment checking team for just over two years. She then had her daughter in October 2015. When Anne-Marie returned back to work she began paraplanning for SJP partners until she joined Ashley’s team, Wiltshire paraplanning in April 2018.
Aside from financial services I am also qualified to carry out facials and am a passionate Ambassador for Tropic skincare and cosmetics.
