How long is it going to take?

We pride ourselves on the fact that we will assess any replacement business within 5 working days or will request for information and confirm the turnaround time within 5 working days. Communication is key and we make sure that you know where we are with your cases at all times.
How many paraplanners do you have?

We have 6 paraplanners, an Office Manager and an Operations support who all work remotely. Find out if we have someone nearby, we love to meet with our clients!
What is Wiltshire Paraplanning’s replacement stats with St. James’s Place?

As a company we monitor our suitable first time grades every quarter. Individuals are rewarded for achieving the highest % of suitable grades for that quarter. As at Q1 we were achieving 86.66% suitable first time (exc. DBT's) and 73.07% when including our DBT submissions. We will be updating this score every quarter.
